Best Lasangna I ever tasted!

Yellow squash, roasted eggplant, red onion, and sweet potato. Zesty basil tomato sauce with sun dried tomatoes served inside "seven whole grain" noodles. This is not your typical idea of lasagna, but this is very healthy and taste great. Who makes this great entree you might ask? It's none other than Kashi Frozen Entrees Tuscan Veggie Bake. Shhh, don’t tell my friend Ed, who cooks for an Italian restaurant everyday and is the MacGyver of cooking. I would never hear the end of it. So go out and try it!
